    Welcome to FINE DINING BY PHILLIP PROBST, your exquisite culinary experience in Bremerhaven. Our creative director, Phillip Probst, is striving to win the first Michelin star for the city of Bremerhaven with his concept. With successful experience in top gastronomy, including winning the coveted star in Rhineland-Palatinate, he leads our team with passion and expertise. The excellent quality of our cuisine and first-class service have already attracted the recognition of renowned critics and gourmet guides. Phillip Probst has been a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs since 2024.

    The light-flooded ambience of our restaurant, which is located directly on the New Harbour, is elegantly connected to the charming MULBERRY ST restaurant by a glass wall. Enjoy an aromatically prepared menu and exquisite wines in stylish surroundings, while enjoying the view of the hustle and bustle of the harbour basin through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
