The MULBERRY ST under the direction of our chef Phillip Probst lives the culinary diversity of its namesake. Mulberry Street is located in downtown Manhattan between Baxter Street and Mott Street. It runs from north to south through the old centre of Little Italy to Chinatown. Here you will find greengrocers, butchers and fishmongers as well as restaurants and street food of different cultures. This diversity and this togetherness is the basic principle in the restaurant as well as in the hotel - with the staff, the guests, the food and the wines.

Our menus are characterised by our "low-waste focus". We are guided by seasonal and regional products and try to process all food as completely as possible. We are in close contact with our suppliers and rewrite our menu daily, always depending on the availability and quality of the food. Therefore, our menu is always fixed on the same day, a few hours before you come to us as a guest. You can expect new and surprising taste experiences every day with food at the centre.
