MULBERRY ST, under the direction of our head chef Phillip Probst, lives the culinary diversity of its namesake. Mulberry Street is located in downtown Manhattan between Baxter Street and Mott Street. It runs from north to south through the old centre of Little Italy to Chinatown. Here you will find greengrocers, butchers and fishmongers as well as restaurants and street food from different cultures. This diversity and togetherness is the basic principle in both the restaurant and the hotel - in the staff, the guests, the food and the wines.
Our menus are characterised by our "low-waste focus". We orientate ourselves on seasonal and regional products and try to process all food as completely as possible. We are in close contact with our suppliers and rewrite our menu every day, always depending on the availability and quality of the food. This is why our menu is always finalised on the same day, just a few hours before you arrive as our guest. You can expect new and surprising flavour experiences every day with food at the centre.
